Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define conversational flows and user experiences. Integrate conversational agents with various platforms and services, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Improve the conversational AI flow based on user feedback and interaction data. Develop and maintain documentation for conversational AI systems, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to conversational AI applications, ensuring high availability and reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for conversational AI development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience as Software Engineer, Conversational Bot Engineer, Application Developer, or related occupation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, Conversational Bot Engineer, Application Developer, or related occupation
- 3 years of experience designing, developing, deploying conversational agents including chatbots
- 2 years of experience developing APIs and integrating NLP or LLM models into software applications
- 2 years of experience deploying applications using AWS or Cloud Foundry
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices
- Experience with Google DialogFlow or Rasa
- Experience with platforms such as AWS Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Foundry, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Experience with Python for developing and testing conversation AI flows
- Experience with monitoring data using Splunk
- Experience with back-end architecture tooling such as IntelliJ
- Experience with tools like VoiceFlow and Confluence
- Experience developing and maintaining documentation for conversational AI systems
