Job Summary
We are seeking a 所需的新製程整合工程師 to lead 新產品導入與量產移轉,執行製程優化與任務型專案,並維護製程文件與系統資料。職責包含參與新產品導入相關作業(RFQ、DFM review、NPI 生產計劃及移轉量產清冊維護)、推動擴線計畫與跨廠區改善、稽核量產前與現場支援、以及教育訓練與異常分析、RMA分析等,需熟悉SOP、OCAP、PFMEA、CP等文件,並具備在半導體/製造環境中的製程開發與技術進展能力。這個角色在台灣新竹科學園區工作,目標是提升製程穩定性、降低DPMO、實現量產順利移轉與問題追蹤,並協助跨區協同與現場支援。
Required Qualifications
- Having experience with NPI/製程導入
- DFM review
- RFQ handling
- Mass production transfer
- Process optimization projects
- SOP/OCAP/PFMEA/CP documentation
- Pre-production audits and plant support
- Process deviation analysis and RMA analysis
- Education and training delivery to现场
- ISO 9000 knowledge
- MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) experience
- Process development, process flow, process validation
- Wafer probing/semiconductor fabrication/assembly
