Lead project planning and management to develop production pilot and mass-production plans for MM2000, ensuring milestones and targets are met. Monitor new product introductions (NPI), ECN changes, and production-change processes to satisfy customer/BU requirements and achieve on-time delivery. Coordinate project resources (labor, materials, equipment) and manage scrap/stock across production stages; drive quality control and process improvements, including daily “three views” on-site/physical/real-time checks and participation in daily production meetings. Facilitate cross‐functional collaboration with BU, manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to meet quality standards, cost targets, and shipment goals; document meeting notes to maintain alignment on progress. Act as main customer-facing liaison (e.g., MAC/SN/IMEI and special requests) and orchestrate factory-tour introductions and internal communications. Continuously learn and apply technical knowledge (e.g., MBSE, GD&T, MRP, instrumentation controls, and related engineering domains) to enhance team output and project outcomes.
