Job Summary

Lead the relaunch and growth of the Center for Fertility by building a comprehensive reproductive endocrinology and infertility clinical practice with autonomy and strong institutional support. Develop streamlined, high-reliability operations in partnership with embryology, andrology, lab assistants, nurses, and administrative staff while setting the vision for patient-centered care. Serve as a teaching faculty in the LLU School of Medicine, mentoring residents and fellows within a multidisciplinary group including OB/GYN generalists, GYN/ONC, MFM, and URO/GYN physicians. Leverage remodeled spaces, updated equipment, and optimized tissue storage systems to shape the program's next chapter.

Required Qualifications

  • Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) physician
  • Faith-based academic medical center commitment (implied by 'LLUH is a faith-based academic medical center' and the role's context)
  • California residency
