Job Summary
Lead the relaunch and growth of the Center for Fertility as Director, building a comprehensive reproductive endocrinology and infertility clinical practice with a dedicated team including embryologists, andrologists, nurses, and administrative staff. Partner with the embryologist, department chair, and administrator to develop streamlined, high-reliability operations while setting the vision for patient-centered care. Manage a teaching faculty appointment in the LLU School of Medicine, mentoring residents and fellows alongside a multidisciplinary group of OB/GYN specialists. Oversee remodeled clinical spaces, updated equipment, and optimized tissue storage systems to drive program efficiency. Full-time academic appointment with a starting base compensation of $500,000–$550,000, including variable productivity bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. California residency required.
