Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Physician

Lead the relaunch and growth of the Center for Fertility as Director, building a comprehensive reproductive endocrinology and infertility practice with a dedicated team. Develop streamlined, high-reliability operations in partnership with embryology, andrology, lab assistants, nurses, and administrative staff while setting the vision for patient-centered care. Serve as a teaching faculty in the LLU School of Medicine, mentoring residents and fellows within a robust academic department of 37 residents and 3 fellows. Leverage remodeled spaces, updated equipment, and optimized tissue storage systems to shape the next chapter of this well-established program.
