Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Typing 35-45 wpm
- Proficient with office equipment
- Ability to push patient in wheelchair within hospital campus
- Experience with patient registration, data entry, or admissions
- Proficient with Patient Access systems and EHR
- Knowledge of insurance verification and billing guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and adapt to patient-flow changes
- Basic understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy rules
