Coordinate and execute patient access functions for outpatient rehabilitation services, including scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification and pre-certification; collect and resolve patient financial obligations; communicate with patients, physicians, and staff; ensure accurate data entry and insurance authorizations; support clinic operations and process improvements within Mary Washington Healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years experience in patient scheduling, registration or healthcare billing
