Job Summary
Representatives build guest relations throughout shifts by talking with guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back. They assist with reservations for events, promotions and guest accommodations; answer calls and maintain knowledge of casino offerings; communicate details of promotions with all departments; understand and use casino tracking programs; maintain knowledge of casino amenities and events; book event, hotel and restaurant reservations; make announcements promoting upcoming events; manage guest alcohol limitations and company policy; keep work area clean; adhere to policies and procedures; handle routine guest complaints and escalate when needed; flexible scheduling including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
- All team members must be knowledgeable of Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must possess a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
