Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with assigned customers to increase sales and margin. Primary focus is face-to-face selling and account management to meet sales revenue; engage with all levels of the customer’s organization, including technical, operations, supply chain and executive management. Responsible for developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, proposals and/or product demonstrations; prospecting potential customers through cold calling and referrals; maintaining customer satisfaction and ongoing relationship management; communicating opportunities to internal teams; expanding product knowledge through supplier trainings; building relationships with suppliers and performing regular joint sales calls; providing quotations and coordinating with the sales support team. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, Valid Driver’s License, ability to travel to clients and suppliers, flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel, and strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. This role includes the opportunity to earn commission in addition to base salary, with earnings tied to individual sales performance.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers
- Ability to work flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator both written and verbally
- Ability to work in team environment
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
