Job Summary
Provide direct technical assistance over the telephone to customers through a toll-free hotline, remotely upgrading software for Sysmex instruments and troubleshooting to resolution. Document customer calls within the CRM system and maintain strict adherence to regulatory and ISO guidelines, including validating analyzers prior to re-release. Manage inventory and shipping of instrumentation and parts at the Service Center, while ensuring proper decontamination of returned units and handling biohazard materials. Support dock management for shipping and receiving packages at Mundelein Building 1. This role requires a valid driver's license and up to 25% travel. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED degree
- 3 years required experience in telephone and customer service skills
- experience in the Armed Forces
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Experience in remote customer service
