Representative - Inside Sales

Inside Sales Representative will obtain, create, and execute sales orders, manage the full process for regional and international sales orders, collaborate with the outside sales team to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services, and ensure goals are met. Responsibilities include obtaining orders via email and phone, entering items, transferring orders to fulfilment, explaining stock-outs and delivery dates; increasing orders by suggesting related items and leveraging customer purchase history; owning and developing opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts; proposing process improvements; preparing and following up on quotations to secure orders or determine reasons for order loss; reviewing open customer order reports and taking action on items at risk of missing delivery dates; maintaining distribution system backorder and expediting reports and customer notifications; reporting industry trends, pricing, and customer feedback to management. Preferred qualifications include a business/supply chain/logistics background, strong English proficiency, 2-3 years in order management, IT-industry familiarity, and strong Excel skills. The role can be based in Shanghai or Hangzhou, China.
