Job Summary
Representative - Inside Sales interacts with existing customers to increase sales of the Company’s products/services, obtain/create/up-sell orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Creates quotations, explains features, and leverages customer history; collaborates with outside sales to meet goals, and identifies opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts. Performs order entry, verifies items, and prepares follow-up on quotes; reviews open order reports, backorder/expedite notices, and communicates delivery expectations. Mentions a commission opportunity in addition to base salary and requires ability to travel up to 25%. Requires High School Degree or Equivalent; 2-4 years sales experience; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong multi-tasking, communication, detail orientation, and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
