Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for obtaining, creating, and up-selling orders from existing customers via email and phone; expand current book of accounts; collaborate with outside sales to meet goals; prepare and follow up on quotations; manage order fulfillment and backorders; analyze customer histories to drive sales; report industry trends and customer feedback; requires 2-4 years in sales/sales support and requires strong Microsoft Office skills and effective communication. Travel up to 25% and compensation includes potential commission alongside base salary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years sales and sales administration experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to travel 0-25%
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently with general supervision
- Team-oriented and collaborative

- Prospecting and marketing concepts to existing and potential accounts
