Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative role focused on existing customers to increase product/service sales, obtain and enter orders, upsell related items, and collaborate with outside sales to achieve goals. Responsibilities include handling orders via email/phone, explaining stock-outs and delivery dates, developing opportunities from marketing/outside/national accounts, suggesting improvements, preparing quotations, monitoring open orders and backorders, analyzing industry trends and pricing, and communicating customer feedback to management. Requires strong sales knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, team-oriented mindset, clear verbal and written communication, attention to detail, ability to prospect and market concepts, and independent problem-solving with 0-25% travel. Education and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred; 2-4 years in sales/sales admin. This role offers commission in addition to base salary and is located in Saint-Laurent, QC, Canada.
