Job Summary

Inside Sales Business Development Representative to identify and qualify opportunities, engage prospects via cold calls, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. Collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are met. Responsible for obtaining, creating, and upselling orders, explaining stock/delivery details, generating quotations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Develop opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts; improve processes; monitor order reports and backorders; provide feedback on industry trends and pricing to management. Requires high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and 2-4 years sales experience; strong Microsoft Office skills; ability to multitask and work in a team; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • 2-4 years sales experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Office)
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision
  • Ability to travel 0-25%
