Job Summary

Customer Support Representative I for Merrick Bank’s Recreation Lending team, primarily handling inbound calls and online inquiries to assist customers with payments, payoffs, Auto ACH setups, and related account services for accounts under 16 days past due. Responsibilities include processing ACH payments, posting payments, providing payoff quotes, handling documentation and email/mail routing, supporting the department with various tasks, and maintaining compliance with bank policies and applicable laws. Strong emphasis on professional demeanor, organization, problem solving, effective communication (oral and written), and the ability to work in a structured, security-conscious banking environment. Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and be trainable in role-related software; prior customer support experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Jordan, Utah.
