Job Summary
Representative, Guest Services handles incoming calls and emails to ensure a superior guest experience, accepts parking reservations and processes payments for services, and maintains knowledge of guest services, company policies, and related software. Requires strong problem solving, written and verbal communication, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to change; Spanish language skills are preferred. The role emphasizes delivering a positive customer experience with a focus on guest satisfaction in a Pilot Company travel-center environment, with benefits including medical plan, retirement accounts, tuition reimbursement, and other employee perks. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
- Experience in retail operations or call center preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Strong guest service skills and the ability to exhibit empathy
