Job Summary
Sales Representative in the FMCG sector for DKSH in Vietnam, responsible for implementing sales plans, making regular calls and visits, taking orders, merchandising in-store displays, preparing quotations and delivery terms, tracking sales activity and KPIs, managing customer data in CRM, improving sales processes, collecting payments, maintaining a complaints log, communicating promotions, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and strong customer relationships in the Hai Phong area.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or above.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant sales role within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
- Foundational knowledge of marketing, commerce, and sales practices within the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships.
