Job Summary
Representative Field Sales role driving revenue growth in FMCG within Vietnam. Responsibilities include managing operating expenditures, executing sales action plans to achieve targets, tracking KPIs, handling product portfolios and merchandising, preparing quotation/tender prices and delivery terms, reporting on competitors, maintaining customer data in CRM, supporting continuous improvement of sales processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely product delivery, and communicating promotions and new products to customers. Requires a High School diploma or above, at least 1 year in FMCG sales, foundational marketing and sales knowledge, and strong communication skills to build customer relationships. Based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with on-site (in-person) duties in the field.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant sales role within an FMCG company
- Foundational knowledge of marketing, commerce, and sales practices within the FMCG industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships
