Job Summary
This role supports Customer Service activities: answering and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email, documenting interactions, entering orders, maintaining department paperwork and reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Responsibilities include data entry and maintenance in pricing/buying systems, processing returns and credits, handling vendor communications, preparing and distributing department documents, and ensuring accurate information flow with internal and external partners. Requires a High School Diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment. Weekend availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (required)
- One year in sales, customer service, retail or wholesale experience strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office skills: Excel and Word proficiency
- Oral and written communication skills
- Customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to analyze data
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds
