Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will create positive customer experiences and ensure customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, answering and routing calls, providing general information, processing service applications and disconnections, and maintaining communication regarding service requests. The role requires handling customer issues with tact and courtesy, documenting customer feedback, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Good understanding of Customer Information Systems
- Experience dealing with difficult customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and reporting
