Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for private and corporate aviation clients, serving as the first point of contact to deliver proactive, personalized service. Responsibilities include meeting and assisting passengers and flight crews, arranging hotel, catering, and ground transportation, coordinating aircraft services (fuel, hangar storage, etc.), educating customers on services and promotions, inputting trip details and tracking flights, processing invoices, maintaining relationships with local service providers, and supporting on-time departures. Requires open availability, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, multitasking and problem-solving abilities, and a valid drivers license. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship. Salary range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour; full-time position located in Ronkonkoma, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid drivers license
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision‐making skills
- Negotiation and sales skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of aircraft types and servicing practices preferred
