Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Modern Aviation delivering proactive, personalized service to private and corporate aviation customers. Acts as the first point of contact for passengers and flight crews, coordinates hotel accommodations, catering, ground transportation, and aircraft services, educates customers on services and promotions, and supports flight coordination by inputting trip details, tracking flights, and processing invoices. Requires strong verbal and written communication, intermediate MS Office skills, multitasking and decision-making, and the ability to represent the brand professionally in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and have open availability (evenings, weekends, holidays). Predictive Index assessment is required as part of the application process.
