Job Summary
Deliver proactive, personalized service to private and corporate aviation clientele by meeting, greeting, and assisting passengers and flight crews with professionalism. Arrange services including hotel accommodations, catering, and ground transportation while coordinating aircraft services such as fuel and hangar storage. Input trip details into scheduling software, track flights to ensure timely service delivery, and process customer invoices accurately. Maintain lobby appearance, keep amenities stocked, and represent the Modern Aviation brand with pride. Communicate effectively via radio, phone, and email, and use sound judgment to resolve concerns and provide service recovery. Complete a Predictive Index Assessment and be eligible for a $1,250 season-end bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must have open availability as work hours may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision making skills
- Negotiation and sales skills
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
- Modern Aviation is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of aircraft types and aircraft servicing practices preferred
