Representative - Count Room

Develop and maintain a superior service culture for internal and external guests. Conduct daily counting and recording of electronic gaming device and table game bill validator drop boxes, managing the full collection and drop process. Perform counts of non-gaming daily drop funds including buffet, steakhouse, and gift shop items. Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, regulatory, departmental, and company policies. Assume duties of an Assistant Count Team Supervisor if designated prior to shift. Maintain knowledge of all promotions and events while completing all other assigned tasks.
