Job Summary
Entry-level Contact Center role handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, mail, and email with a focus on delivering first-contact resolution and quality customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with billing questions, start/stop service requests, transfers of billing responsibility, investigating discrepancies, and guiding customers through solutions while maintaining empathy and accuracy. The position offers a work-from-home program with some in-office requirements in Manchester, NH, a 24/7 operation with flexible day, night, and weekend shifts, overtime opportunities, and training. Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and the ability to work across multiple computer applications are essential; Spanish is a plus. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer-facing experience, with background check and drug screening, and travel between MA/CT/NH as needed.
Required Qualifications
