Representative, Casino Credit

Job Summary
Primary duties include processing casino credit applications received via phone, fax, email, or mail; entering data into the computerized system; verifying banking information; maintaining and updating customer credit files and player histories; coordinating with Central Credit and external partners; reviewing daily reports; ensuring compliance with Title 31 and AML/SARC policies; and supporting casino marketing and executives as needed. Requires knowledge of gaming regulations, proficiency with MS Word/Excel, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 21 years old, with a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain necessary licenses and registrations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months of Casino Credit experience
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing as required
