Job Summary

Representative, Administration Center within American Airlines’ Workforce Administration Team in Tech Ops. You will provide administrative support to team members and leadership, prepare and maintain department reports including weekly headcount and daily manning, manage payroll using Workbrain (time coding and shift schedules), process overtime and vacation changes per collective bargaining and Workbrain rules, handle inquiries from internal customers via phone, email, and in-person, greet visitors, manage office supplies, process access transactions, organize data and correspondence, handle time-sensitive requests, and communicate with leadership on operational inquiries. Must fulfill FAA background checks for unescorted access to SIDA and may require shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and travel for professional development. High School diploma or GED required; prior administrative experience and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred. Knowledge of workforce agreements (IAM/TWU) and time/attendance systems is a plus.
