Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions like check cashing, money transfers, and payments with precision. Enter and maintain customer data into the Point of Sale system while building new business through daily call campaigns. Manage customer accounts, handle collections, and perform off-site duties such as vehicle appraisals and store errands. Uphold security protocols for vault and cash drawer operations while maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with all laws. Work a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training, a Key Holder program for leadership development, and performance-based career advancement across eleven brands.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency (bilingual in Spanish/English)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including remaining in a stationary position standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
