Job Summary
Guide potential tenants through property and office tours, addressing questions and highlighting value to drive lease conversions. Maintain consistent, timely follow-up with prospective tenants and prepare all required rental documentation. Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests as needed. Accurately input and maintain tenant and leasing data in the CRM system in a timely manner. This commission-based role supports Scalia's expansion of multi-residential buildings in Anjou, Quebec, requiring availability for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or leasing within the real estate industry
- Excellent customer service skills with strong business acumen
- Self-motivated, independent, and results driven
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both French and English
- Availability to work full-time or part-time, including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a leasing agent or in a similar role is an asset
- Knowledge of leasing practices and applicable bylaws is an asset
- Comfortable working with CRM systems; prior experience is a plus
