Job Summary
Oncology-focused Pharmaceutical Sales Representative responsible for building and maintaining relationships with oncology stakeholders in academic and community settings within Quebec City and surrounding areas. You will work across multiple indications and tumor types to develop deep therapeutic knowledge, collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs, support adoption and optimal use of innovative oncology therapies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan territory strategies and drive business outcomes. The role emphasizes continuous learning in oncology, healthcare systems, and emerging treatments, with emphasis on account management, data interpretation, and strategic planning. The base salary range is CAD 98,560 – 147,840, with compensation programs that include incentives and comprehensive benefits. French fluency, willingness to travel, and commitment to an inclusive, purpose-driven environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in French
- Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond
