Job Summary
Monitor and process incoming customer orders via phone or email, handling quotes, unit downs, return requests, and shipping or pricing issues. Process weekly back-order reports by reviewing, expediting, and sending updates to clients. Communicate customer needs to internal departments and arrange shipment or transport of equipment and materials. Maintain working knowledge of products and their functions while ensuring all activities comply with company policies. Receive incoming goods and provide associated logistical support.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
- Bilingual in both English and French
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for selling goods and services
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Sales Force etc.)
- Familiar with parts manuals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible working hours
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably in a Business-related field
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Knowledge of the mining industry
