Job Summary
Based in Montreal with regular travel to company offices or client sites, drive growth for Mirego by identifying and prioritizing high-potential accounts, qualifying prospects, and generating qualified opportunities. Maintain rigorous CRM documentation, monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and share recommendations to optimize results. Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and webinars to build brand visibility. Requires 5+ years in business development/sales in digital services; strong bilingual (French/English) communication; proficiency with CRM (HubSpot) and LinkedIn for prospecting; ability to build trust-based relationships and manage a high-volume prospecting workload.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, prospecting, or sales within the digital services sector
- Willingness to travel regularly to Montreal offices or client sites
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in French and English
- Ability to establish trust-based relationships and identify business opportunities
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving prospecting targets
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and prospecting platforms like LinkedIn
- Ability to analyze market data and tailor messaging to target segments
- Ability to manage a high volume of prospecting activities without sacrificing quality
