Job Summary
Support all incoming inquiries and requests from departments and agencies utilizing the WTD NMSO Contract. Provide customized price quotes following the NMSO catalogue pricing model and vet all incoming orders to ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with the administrative team to process orders, track progress through final deployment, and maintain detailed account activity records in CRM. Maintain contact with current customers to ensure satisfaction, identify potential upgrades, and develop relationships with various lead sources. Create and prioritize strategic target account lists, provide prompt follow-up on sales leads, and monitor competitive positions to ensure eligibility status. Assist the Government Program Manager with contract maintenance activities, quarterly price refreshes, and DISO responses. Review data prior to uploading to the Service Delivery Portal and provide client training on portal usage. Represent Konica Minolta ethically to ensure accurate transaction details and promote prompt order processing.
Required Qualifications
- Security Screening Requirement: The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Reliability Status personal security clearance with the Government of Canada. Employment is conditional upon obtaining this status.
- Ability to work independently and multi‐task in a fast‐paced environment.
- Demonstrate high professional composure when managing urgent client escalations to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Professional and responsive sales orientated approach to all matters.
- Approach every opportunity to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite with a strong competence in Excel.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Experience and knowledge with Government Sales and Contract Management.
- Experience in the IT or Office Equipment Industry
Desired Qualifications
- Former inside sales, tele sales or a call‐center experience is an asset.
- Fully bilingual in French & English (preferred)
- Experience in the IT or Office Equipment Industry preferred
