Job Summary
Customer Service Advocate (bilingual) handles customer inquiries by phone and email, creates/updates customer records in Salesforce, supports case follow-up and resolution, coordinates services with internal teams and Operations, manages service changes and updates to customers, assists with resolving service interruptions, helps maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience, and completes administrative/compliance tasks. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience (3+ preferred in logistics/healthcare/operations), experience with CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous), strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with preference for candidates with 3+ years in logistics, healthcare, or operations-focused environments
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce is an asset)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual French and English proficiency (spoken and written)
