Job Summary
Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up while maintaining and updating customer records to ensure accuracy. Identify opportunities to introduce new or enhanced services to existing clients and provide recommendations that add value to their experience. Sell new services or improve current offerings, including credit card activation, through written and oral communications with exclusively English-speaking clientele. This role requires a natural problem-solver who listens deeply and stays calm under pressure. You must hold an active Life License Qualification Program certification and possess strong computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service or sales experience
- Sales experience
- Strong computer navigational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

- Active Life License Qualification Program certification
