Manage and prioritize client requests from email, phone, and web channels while responding to needs and providing appropriate solutions. Conduct necessary follow-ups and promptly inform key stakeholders regarding client feedback on pricing, products, and service. Maximize sales by proposing alternative and complementary products, collaborating closely with external sales teams, and negotiating prices and special conditions when criteria are met. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of offered products and systems used. Work Monday through Friday with day shift hours.
