Repossession Agent

Locate and recover vehicles, equipment, and collateral assigned by clients through field investigations. Safely secure and transport recovered assets while maintaining accurate records and reports of recovery activities. Communicate effectively with management, dispatch personnel, and team members to coordinate operations. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations governing repossession activities while representing RMS professionally when interacting with customers, law enforcement agencies, and business partners. Perform routine inspections of company equipment and vehicles. This field-based position requires a minimum of one year of repossession or related experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working 10-hour shifts and operating recovery equipment safely. RMS serves financial institutions across seven states with a network of storage facilities, specializing in automobiles, commercial vehicles, and specialty assets.
