Job Summary
Field-based repossession agent responsible for locating vehicles, safely securing and towing them to the company yard. Work with a team and receive two weeks of paid hands-on training covering tow truck operation, safety, and applicable regulations. Prior tow truck or flatbed experience is a plus. Requires discretion, confidentiality, professionalism under stress, strong observation and multitasking abilities, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) matching, and life insurance; schedule is night shifts (Sun–Thu) with two weeks of day-shift training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements
- Must have acceptable driving record
- Must pass drug screen
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must provide three solid references
- PAID training for approximately two weeks with hands-on training in tow truck operation and safety procedures
