Job Summary
Brief the Chief of Security Forces and commanders on crimes and incidents involving base personnel. Review, process, suspense, and distribute traffic incident and accident reports, tickets, complaints, and incident information reports. Analyze and evaluate reports for accuracy, compile statistics for trend summaries, and make recommendations for action. Manage installation traffic point, driving revocation, and debarment programs. Ensure National Incident-Based Reporting System, Defense Incident-Based Reporting System, and Report Control Symbol reports are submitted as required. Keep organization and installation leadership informed on statuses and activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with inputting traffic citations, accidents, and incident/complaint reports into the Air Force approved system of record
- At least one (1) year of experience with DoD Law Enforcement reports and analysis databases (ARIS and AFJIS)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience with USAF Records Management
- Must have a valid state and be able to obtain a Government Driver's License
- Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance
- Must successfully pass all medical screening as required per CENTCOM deployment standards
- No pending criminal or civil charges (including divorce/child custody proceedings)
- No felony arrest record
- No alcohol related arrest in the last five years
- No any type of moral turpitude arrest record/history (including, but not limited to, prostitution, pandering, voyeurism, public indecency)
- No any type of involvement in hate crimes
- No history of violence
- No involvement in any group or organization that espouses extralegal violence as a legitimate means to achieve an end

- Completion of Indexing Compliance Manager course
