Job Summary
The Reports Analyst Specialist will develop and maintain quality analyses and processes within Global Support Services and across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include providing operations performance metrics, defining data requirements with management, producing routine and ad-hoc reports, validating process compliance, identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance, organizing call data in Siebel Analytics, Excel, and Access, building call scorecards, documenting work instructions and process flows, performing acceptance testing during Siebel releases, and providing back-up support during high-volume periods. Requires Master’s degree in a business-related field (Bachelor’s considered with extensive experience), 3-5 years in a global company environment, proficiency with Siebel CRM data analysis, advanced Excel and Access skills, SQL knowledge, strong analytical and communication abilities, and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams. The role is remote within the Philippines with work-at-home programming as part of Everise’s global support structure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a business-related field (bachelor's degree considered with extensive experience)
- 3-5 years of technical and industry experience in a global company environment
- Proficiency in Siebel CRM data analysis or similar CRM tool
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills (SQL queries preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently
- Knowledge of IEX, AVAYA & IVR Systems
- Ability to implement feedback and work across cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
