Job Summary
Reporting Specialist responsible for creating and maintaining a reporting framework, interpreting and working with business reporting requirements, analyzing data to identify improvement areas, presenting and visualizing findings, and continually improving reporting processes. Requires strong English, hands-on experience with M365 tools, visualization tools (Tableau Desktop/Prep Builder or Power BI), ServiceNow reporting, IT Service Desk concepts, ticketing tools experience, SQL/MSSQL proficiency (SSMS, CRUD, data types, joins/unions), and Excel VBA as a plus. Required Qualifications

- Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep Builder OR Power BI
- Experience in visualization in Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting platform
- IT Service Desk understanding
- Experience with ticketing tools (SNOW, Salesforce, HP Service Manager)
- Excel VBA knowledge is a plus
- SQL knowledge: MSSQL queries; SSMS; CRUD; basic table structures; data types
- String manipulation: LEFT, RIGHT, SUBSTRING, CONCAT, LTRIM, RTRIM, TRIM, REPLACE
- Date manipulation: DATEDIFF, DATEADD, DATEPART, DATEFROMPARTS
- Aggregate functions: SUM, AVG, COUNT, MAX, MIN
- Filtering/sorting: TOP, DISTINCT, WHERE, HAVING, ORDER BY
- JOIN and UNION

Desired Qualifications

- Practical experience with M365 tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Basic experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep Builder OR Power BI
- Experience in visualization in Tableau or Power BI
- Basic to advanced knowledge of ServiceNow reporting platform
- Understanding the operational concept of an IT Service Desk
- Basic experience with ticketing tools (e.g. SNOW, Salesforce, HP Service Manager)
- Excel VBA knowledge is a plus
- SQL-related knowledge in detail: Comfortable with writing, interpreting, and reading MSSQL queries
- Comfortable with using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Familiar with CRUD operations
- Ability to create and maintain basic table structures
- Basic understanding of data types and their appropriate use
- Basic string manipulation techniques (LEFT, RIGHT, SUBSTRING, CONCAT, LTRIM, RTRIM, TRIM, REPLACE)
- Basic date manipulation functions (DATEDIFF, DATEADD, DATEPART, DATEFROMPARTS)
- Basic aggregate functions (SUM, AVG, COUNT, MAX, MIN)
- Familiarity with filtering and sorting clauses (TOP, DISTINCT, WHERE, HAVING, ORDER BY)
- Familiarity with both correlated and uncorrelated subqueries
- Confident in using table JOIN and UNION
- Knowledge of basic conditional logic (CASE, IIF)
- Basic understanding of views
- Basic troubleshooting skills for query errors and syntax issues
- Familiarity with Import and Export Wizard
- Basic IT reporting experience
