Reporting Specialist - Global HR MIS & Analytics (Workday reporting)

Job Summary
Reporting Specialist in Global HR MIS & Analytics focusing on designing and delivering quantitative and qualitative HR management information for global groups. Responsibilities include HR reporting and analytics (headcount, attrition, survey data, capacity, scorecards), building predictive models from multiple data sources, producing monthly management packs, ad-hoc analyses for HR strategic initiatives, data integrity and governance, ETL and dashboard development (Workday, SQL, Power BI, and related tools), and collaborating with HRBusiness Partners, IT, and regional/global stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. Requires Workday reporting experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, data privacy awareness (GDPR), and proficiency with Excel, SQL, and visualization tools; familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone) and programming languages (Python/R) is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Strong reporting experience in HR/HR analytics
- Working knowledge of Workday reporting is essential
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel; knowledge of Tableau and Python/R advantageous
- Experience collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from HR systems (Workday, ATS, LMS)
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection practices
- Ability to collaborate with HR partners and executives; strong communication skills
- Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and self-service templates; automation of standard reports
- Experience with ETL, data quality checks, and data visualization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and meet tight deadlines
