Job Summary
Reporting Specialist – Global HR MIS & Analytics: design, development and delivery of quantitative and qualitative HR management information for global and regional audiences using Workday reporting; produce standard and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, diversity, compensation, benefits), dashboards, and people metrics; build predictive models from multiple data sources; ensure data quality and governance; automate reports and support HR projects, collaborating with HR Business Partners, IT, and HRIS teams; manage ETL, data visualization, and KPI tracking; familiarity with GDPR/data privacy and HR systems (Workday, LMS, ATS, etc.) and tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel); contribute to data-driven decision making and continuous improvement in HR analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Solid reporting experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Workday and Workday reporting
- Excel, Workday Reporting, SQL, Power BI, Qualtrics & Visier
- Knowledge of R programming and Python advantageous
- Knowledge of HR processes and HR technology applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a client-focused environment
