Reporting Project Manager

Project Manager leading small-to-medium projects for a creative agency, responsible for scoping and estimation through production, QA and wash-up; builds client relationships and manages day-to-day requests; coordinates 5-10-person teams across Strategic, Creative, Production, Digital and Film; writes Statements of Work, tracks risks, defines deliverables, and ensures adherence to brief and budgets; manages communications, meetings and status reporting; ensures timesheets, resourcing and financial governance are maintained; requires solid PM experience in a creative or design agency, with familiarity in stakeholder engagement and annual report production; experience with Workiva and CtrlPrint is advantageous; thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment with a flexible hybrid work setup (home and office) in London.
