Job Summary
Collate, review, and report borehole project data to ensure accuracy and completeness for coal exploration initiatives. Prepare, coordinate, and distribute project documentation while maintaining accurate customer and project records. Enter and manage data within relevant systems, including LIMS, and review information against historical records and client requirements as part of quality assurance processes. Support sample receipt, dispatch, and tracking activities, providing regular project updates to support operational needs. Assist with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement activities while working independently to meet tight deadlines. Join the Coal team in Mayfield West to contribute directly to the delivery of quality data and reporting solutions for clients in the coal industry.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within the coal industry, preferably in a laboratory, exploration or technical environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage accurate data
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with LIMS or database systems
