Reporting Coordinator & Mortgage QC.

The Mortgage QC & Reporting Coordinator supports the integrity, compliance, and reporting functions of cdcb's residential mortgage lending operations. This role coordinates quality control activities across loan files (prefunding and post-closing) to ensure adherence to investor requirements (HUD-FHA, VA, USDA, FHLB, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac). It serves as the primary internal liaison with the external QC vendor to manage review timelines, findings, and corrective actions. The role also prepares recurring and ad hoc reports for funders, investors, and regulatory agencies, develops and maintains a comprehensive reporting calendar, and implements data quality assurance across systems (Yardi, Outcome Tracker, KENN, TENA). Additional duties include updating the Mortgage Quality Control Plan, supporting corrective actions, and ensuring documentation and compliance practices meet regulatory and investor expectations. The position requires strong written/verbal communication, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a nonprofit housing environment; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
