Job Summary
Lead and mentor the Reporting & BI team within a fast-growing medical billing organization; oversee reporting standards, documentation, QA processes, and automation opportunities. Translate business and billing requirements into actionable reporting solutions; collaborate cross-functionally with operations, billing leadership, finance, and technology to identify trends and drive operational intelligence. Build scalable reporting processes and dashboards, ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery, and act as the subject matter expert for medical billing data, reporting logic, and KPIs. Help shape long-term reporting strategy and assist with transitioning reporting ownership into the billing organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or medical billing operations
- Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, reporting requirements, and revenue cycle concepts
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and reporting automation tools
