Job Summary
Support the RAD product through requirements management, thread coordination, and sprint product analysis. Build and maintain end-to-end system integration test plans, manage Confluence and Jira artifacts, and uphold the continuity of RAD roadmaps. Deliver briefs to Capability and Mission stakeholders while coordinating with project leads, technical directors, and developers on SIGINT tool development. Work within an agile environment to derive requirements from mission product owners and various customers. Perform full-time duties at a customer location in Ft. Meade, MD, requiring TS/SCI clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline
- At least 20 years of systems engineering experience
- Master's degree or PhD (substitutable for two years of experience)
- High school diploma or GED (substitutable for 24 years of systems engineering experience)
- TS/SCI clearance
- Polygraph
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work well with the project leads, technical directors, and developers involved with SIGINT tool development
- Experience working with mission product owners and other various customers to derive requirements
- Experience working agile developments
- Development or project management experience
- Intelligence Community (IC) experience
